I want to write a letter in Hindi. I want to use mikTeX to create the PDF document in Hindi. I don't want to have transliteration from English to Hindi. How can I do this?

Welcome to TeX.SX! Please help us to help you and add a minimal working example (MWE) that illustrates your problem. It will be much easier for us to reproduce your situation and find out what the issue is when we see compilable code, starting with \documentclass{...} and ending with \end{document}.

If you have a Hindi font in OpenType or TrueType formats (usually with an .otf or .ttf extension), it should be pretty easy using the LuaTeX or XeTeX engines (compiling with lualatex or xelatex).
